A Ghanaian resident in the United States of America (USA) has accused the Nana-Addo led government of shielding and entertaining corrupt practices ever since it assumed office.
Mr. Alajor Seidu who lives in Denvor, Colorado said he was shocked upon citing the letter instructing the Auditor General Mr. Daniel Yaw Domelevo to take an accumulated annual leave.
According to the US-based Ghanaian, action and inactions of the Nana Addo government after several issues of corruption came up and the way and manner such issues were handled, made him lost confidence in the president’s campaign to fight corruption.
“The very day the auditor general department cited and charged the senior minister in corruption scandal, was the day the auditor general, Daniel Yaw Domelevo touched the tail of a lion. Akuffo Addo and the NPP are genetically corrupt people. If you analyze their DNA, you will find the “bribe gene.
This genetic disposition presumably explains Nana Addo’s government corruption deals including BOST contaminated fuel scandal, GFA 2018 scandal, Cash for sit scandal, Cocoa Board scandal, Galamsey and Excavators scandal’’.Mr Seidu stated.
Below is the article released by Mr. Alajor Seidu to the press.
The very day the auditor general department cited and charged the senior minister in corruption scandal, was the day the auditor general, Daniel Yaw Domelevo touched the tail of a lion.
Akuffo Addo and the NPP are genetically corrupt people. If you analyze their DNA, you will find the “bribe gene”. This genetic disposition presumably explains Nana Addo’s government corruption deals including BOST contaminated fuel scandal, GFA 2018 scandal, Cash for sit scandal, Cocoa Board scandal, Galamsey and Excavators scandal etc.
As the author general department cases the government and its corrupt officials to retrieve millions of cedis that they have defrauded the Ghanaian taxpayers, and to have these corrupt persons face the full vigor of the law, Nana Addo today has asked the corruption watchdog of our country, the auditor general, Daniel Yaw Domelevo to proceed on leaves. The president desperately took this action to save his government and his corrupt appointees from facing the law leaving our country under the mercy of looters.
History tells us that tyrannical rule and absence of an effective justice system are the breeding ground for corruption to reign in any country. Until the assumption of office by Nana Addo’s government, Ghana had high regard for truth, honesty and virtue.
Honesty was the supreme virtue of our government, the justice system and our people. The administration of justice was efficient as a result of uprightness of the judges and efficiency of the police.
Such high quality administration was the real reason why Ghanaians were seen as the honest and trusted people in the globe. We could leave our property and of state property unguarded with no fear of government officials embezzling. There were few or no quarrels or disputes of corruption in Ghana. The Auditor-General and people rarely felt the need to approach the judicially. The public purses were secure and free from the menace of thieves and dacoits. Freedom of speech was epitomized.
Today, almost all government ministers in Ghana are thoroughly corrupt. No wonder the 2019 Corruption Perception Index by Transparency International, placed our country at the enviable, comfortable commanding second place as the highest corrupt country in Africa. Is this not shameful to the integrity of our country and ourselves as Ghanaians?
To those who don’t realize this and still want to give this corrupt government another 4more years, they should know that they are giving corruption another 4more years, nepotism 4more years, family and friends government 4more years, government borrowing with nothing to show off 4more years, justice system infiltration 4more years, double tracking SHS 4more years, poor infrastructure 4more years, mortgaging our country for peanut of dollars 4more years.
I know majority of Ghanaians are watching with keenly, interested on what our government does to impact our lives positively. However, Economists tells us that the few opportunist who are capable of deception in their selfish-interest will still support and campaign for this corrupt government. Mained them, We have only one country call Ghana and we are all in this mess together if the worst happened.
To the honest people in our society who are looking up for a change, do not give up on Ghana. We must not write off Ghana as a basket cases with defective Gene’s. Instead, we must understand NPP and Nana Addo are the causes of corruption.
Let me state here that our situation is retrievable. Go out to register to vote for a change on December 7th. Vote the NDC, vote for JM, vote for Hon Jabanyite Samuel Abdulai and all NDC parliamentary candidates to win majority in parliament.
This will help JM in implementation of progressive and aggresive programs and policies to alleviate the suffering of Ghanaians. The NDC government will once again put Ghana on the high ladder on the international community and redeem the sanking image of our beloved country.
May God bless our homeland Ghana and makes our nation great and strong under the JM government. #kickNanaAddoOut
