Covid-19: Wakaso donates sanitizers to drivers, traders in Tamale

Ghana International Alhassan Wakaso has donated sanitizers to drivers and traders within the central business district in the Tamale Metropolis.

Hundreds of sanitizers were distributed aimed to help people in the area protect themselves against the Covid-19 disease.

The exercise was carryout on behalf of the Vitoria SC midfielder by Head of Zaa Sports Halid Prince Mukadi Gbramoni.

Mr. Mukadi and his team distributed the items to drivers at the Tamale taxi rank, traders and the less previlaged.

TamaleOnline News’ Zakiyatu Kwesidjan reported Prince Mukadi also took time to educate some of the drivers and traders about the Coronavirus.

Wakaso is a humble man who believes in humanity. So the idea is to give back to the community during this global pandemic and to help the vulnerable ones protect safeguard themselves against the spread of the deadly virus,

Prince Mukadi told Zakiya Kwasidjan.

He urged them to stay safe and adhere to the Covid-19 protocols by the Ministry of Health and the Ghana Health Service.
