Ghana U-20 star Abdul Fatawu Issahaku signed a 5-year deal for English giants Liverpool FC from local side, Steadfast FC.
The sign on fee is rumored to be around £1.5 million.
Fatawu was on the verge of joining Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundisliga last week.
The talented 17-year old was voted as MVP of last AFCON U20 in Mauritania.
He scored two goals in the tournament to help the Black Satellite lift the trophy for the fourth time.
The starlet caught the attention of European clubs like Ajax and Dortmund after a stellar performance at the U-17 WAFU Zone-B tournament held in January in Togo.
Meanwhile, Head Coach of the Black Stars CK Akonnor has named Fatawu Issahaku in his squad for the 2022 AFCON qualifiers and international friendly matches in June.
