Fadi Lan and his team disrespected me – Wiz Child

Budding Tamale-based Ghanaian singer, Wiz Child has revealed why he did not perform at rapper and DMTL label mate Fadi Lan’s “Life is Too Short” album launch in March.

The two young musicians are rumored to be fighting, something Wiz Child vehemently denied.

The Alubarika crooner said he didn’t turn up for the show because he felt disrespected by the organisers (Fadi Lan’s team).

“I got a text from Fadi Lan’s personal DJ on the night of the event around 11pm and 12 mid-night asking me to come and perform two tracks, Alert and Bontahali. To me that was disrespectful.”

Wiz Child told Kulu Mallangah on Time with Mr. iNeat on KM TV.

According to him, even though he promoted the show on his social media handles, Fad Lan and his team failed to accord him with respect by officially inviting him prior to the event.

“I told him I couldn’t come because I wasn’t officially invited and my team wouldn’t be happy with me,”

he stated.
