The NPP opened nominations for its parliamentary elections in orphans constituencies (constituencies where the party has no MP) from July 20 to August whiles the elections would take place on 20th September, 2019.
Fusieni Iddrisu (Mr. Fuzzy), a chartered insurer has officially made his intention to contest the NPP’s parliamentary primaries in the Tamale south Constituency of the Northern Region.
He officially file to contest on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party at the Tamale south constituency party office at kukuo.
Mr Fuzzy would be coming against Mr.Yakubu Yussif who is going for the second time on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr Shamsudeen Pegu who is also going for his second time in contesting the Tamale south seat.
Mr. Fuzzy two contenders all lost to the Minority Leader Hon. Iddrisu Haruna in the last elections they both log hons.

Hon. Fuseini Iddrisu (Mr Fuzzy) is a chartered insurer and has an extensive experience in insurance, commerce and accounting. He started his elementary and basic education at Jakpa primary school in Damongo.
He proceeded to Damongo secondary school (Dass) where he obtained his “o” level certificate in 1987. In 1989, he had his “A” level certificate from the Tamale secondary school (Tamasco). 2004, Mr Fuzzy attained a diploma in insurance from the West African Insurance Institute in the Gambia.
Mr Fuzzy also has a Bachelor of science (Bsc) Administration, accounting option from the Legon business school in the year 2012.
He holds Masters degree in commerce, banking and finance from the University of Development Studies (Uds), Wa campus.
He is the current regional manager, State Insurance Company (SIC), Upper East region. He is also the signatory to activities of the SIC in the Northern, Upper East, Upper West, Bono and Ahafo regions.
He stated that he is a visionary man who can be trusted with his working capabilities and experience to bring positive results to the Tamale South constituency.

This evening, all delegates and executives of my party have all come to support me, the supporters of my party are also here in their good numbers to support me.
Speaking to tamaleonlinenews Mr. Fuzzy stated that he will cross all the heddles for the primaries. The people of Tamale south constituency have confidence and hope in me to lead them in the 2020 elections.
He added that the Tamale south have been looking for a credible candidate and that, he is the savvier and has all it takes to lead his party. He calls himself the unifier of the NPP and stand the chances to lead his party.
According to Mr. Fuzzy, the upcoming primaries is a bigger task for me but when elected as the parliamentary candidate, the 2020 election will be a done deal for me. I know very well that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) will be shock come 2020 general polls especially the Minority Leader Hon. Haruna Iddrisu.
Voters in the constituency are unhappy for him for he is not been able to address the needs of the masses.
My standing in the New Patriotic party has been immense.
I have done several things for my party, I have been a patron in the party for the last 12 years. I am a party grass root man and understand all the dynamics of my party in the constituency.
He also outline some policies to implement in his first term when elected to Parliament. He stated that, his main priorities is to assist young people especially when it comes to the promotion and development of their education.
I will assist farmers in my constituency for myself am a farmer and i understand the needs of farmers in Tamale South. I have been assisting a lot of them for I have a tractor and always farm for most of them without taken anything.
I have been working with other party members who are ready to vote for the NPP when am elected as the parliamentary candidate to lead come 2020.
He call on constituency delegates to vote for him in their upcoming primaries come 28th September 2019 as the next parliamentary candidate for Tamale South constituency to take the seat from the NDC.
