NDC appoints Joshua Alabi as National Campaign Manager for 2020 elections

The main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has commissioned its National Campaign Team for the December 7, 2020 Elections.

The Party has appointed Professor Joshua Albabi, a former Presidential Aspirant and Vice Chancellor of the University for Professional Studies (UPSA) as its National Campaign Manager.

Former Health Minister, Alex Segbefia will serve as Deputy Campaign Manager and James Agyenim Boateng as Campaign Spokesperson.

The NDC made the announcement in a press statement issued by the Party’s Director of Communications Kakra Essamuah.

“The leadership of the National Democratic Congress has at its Functional Executive Committee (FEC) meeting, held on Monday 29th June 2020, appointed members of the Party’s National Campaign Team that will prosecute the party’s campaign in the December 2020 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.”

The statement said.

Other members of the campaign team include National Chairman Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, Minority Leader and MP for Tamale South Haruna Iddrisu, National Organiser Joshua Hamidu Akamba, National Youth Organiser, Daniel Opare-Addo and National Communications Officer, Sammy Gyamfi.

The rest are Alhaji Hudu Yahaya, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, National Women’s Organiser Hannah Louisa Bissiw, National Zongo Caucus Coordinator Alhaji Mohammed Mamah among others.
