NPP to hold National Youth Conference, Rally in Tamale

Pursuant to the approval of the National Council of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), the Youth Wing of the party is set to hold it’s annual National Youth Conference in Tamale the Northern regional capital Friday, 6th December, 2019 at the University for Development Studies (UDS).

The party will also hold a National Youth Rally at the Tamale Jubilee Park Saturday, 7th December, 2019.

This year’s event is under the theme; “One Good ‘TERM’ deserves Another”.

President of the Republic, Nana Akufo-Addo, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and National Chairman of the NPP, Mr. Freddie Blay are special guest for the gathering.

Others expected to attended the event are Ministers and Deputy Ministers who are youth, MPs, CEOs and Deputy CEOs, government appointees as well as all MMDCEs.

The rest are regional youth organisers and their deputies, all constituency youth organisers and their deputies, TESCON delegation from recognized institutions and a delegation from the Diaspora Youth Wing.

National Youth Organisers of the NPP, Henry Nana-Boakye (Nana B) in a statement urged members of the party and the general public to turn out for the event.

“I look forward to a favorable response from you as the Youth Wing sets out to lead our Party’s cause to retain power in 2020 and beyond.”
