It was a moment of nostalgia at the grand finale of the maiden edition of Chop de Mic music reality show last night at the Radach Lodge and Conference in Tamale, as O Bouy made history as the first ultimate winner of the competition.
The Sagani TV Chop de Mic show is an initiative aimed at unearthing talents and give them the exposure to help build their music carrier.
O Bouy’s win came as a surprise as many rooted for the like of Bless Dee, Aiva or Don Rhymer to win it but the former came through an outstanding performance to clinch the crown after three rounds talent display.
He has awarded with three [3] quality video shoots (feature any 2 biggest artistes in northern of his choice) for free plus one year Tv promo.
Bless Dee came second as the first runner-up and also presented with a plague and took home two [2] free video shoots and one [1] audio recording [studio session] whiles, Don Rhymer placed third as second runner-up also won a plague and gets an opportunity to one [1] free video and audio [studio time].


A special prize of GHS500 cheque was awarded to MzKenzy for a spectacular performance and the only female contestant to have made it to the finals of the competition.
However, the auditorium was filled to capacity as audience were glimpse of quality entertainment by Fancy Gadam, Maccasio and Saani who wer guest performers at the event.
