TamalePrenureShip Fund to provide decent, sustainable jobs for people – Dr Anyars

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Tamale Central, Dr Ibrahim Anyars Imoro officially has launched the TamalePrenureShip (TPS) Fund project aimed at investing in people for sustainable jobs and development.

Explaining why the Fund was created at the launch today [Saturday], 3rd October, 2020, Dr Anyars said the vision of this project is to provide decent jobs that are suitable and sustainable for the development of the people of Tamale Central constituency.

According to him, the TPS Fund is an avenue for wealth creation and development of the people of Tamale Central regardless of party affiliation devoid of discrimination.

“The peaceful nature of Tamale Central
Constituency presents limitless opportunities for potential investors, making it a preferred and eviable place for investment in the West African sub-region. Many talented individuals require a signifticant sum to launch ther enterprise or take it to the next level. Due to the lack of funding, some of these pecple shorten further dreams,” Dr Anyars explained.

“It is with this background that has instituted the TamalePrenuership Fund, a business fund to support businesses in Tamale Central constituency,” he added.

Persons and businesses to benefit from the TPS Fund are Association of Persons with Disabilities, table-top traders, food vendors, smock weavers, tailors (dressmakers), sandals makers, students with sustainable business ideas etc.

On his part, the CEO of the Northern Development Authority, Dr Alhassan Sulemana Anamzooya pledged his outfit will support the project as it is a tool to alleviate the socio-economic livilihood of the people.

He also underscored the need for electorates regardless of political allegiance to vote Dr Anyars to be their Member of Parliament for more such developments.

However, present at the launch were the Northern Regional Minister, Honourable Salifu Saeed, MD of SIC Life Savings and Loans Lawyer Amma Frimpomaa Dwumah, CEO of COTVET Dr Fred Kyei Asamoah.
